  Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy tailored to UCFS’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and optimize financial processes.

  Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects across UCFS departments, including Application, Infrastructure, Security, Data Analytics, and IT Support.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.

  Technology and System Integration:

  • Assess, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technologies that improve operational efficiency and support UCFS’s financial services.
  • Drive the development and integration of FinTech industry solutions to enhance UCFS’s product offerings and ensure competitive advantage.

  Process Optimization and Automation:

  • Identify and automate repetitive processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics department to implement data-driven insights for decision-making.

  Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management:

  • Act as a key liaison between IT, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to drive adoption and foster a culture of digital innovation.

  Cybersecurity and Compliance Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the Security department to ensure all digital initiatives comply with regulatory standards such as SAMA CSF and PCI DSS.
  • Implement robust risk management strategies to protect UCFS’s digital assets and customer data.

  Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs for all digital initiatives and regularly report progress to senior leadership.
  • Use data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights and ensure continuous improvement.

  Continuous Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to position UCFS as a leader in financial services innovation.
