• Description:
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and vendors.
    • Prepare site inspection reports and conduct performance audits.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure compliance with local safety and operational standards across all facility systems.
    • Implement and oversee energy conservation measures to improve system efficiency.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management (FM) operations within commercial or mixed-use facilities.
    • Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
    • Ability to manage both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
    • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy efficiency practices.
    • Strong understanding of local codes and compliance standards, including SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization), SEC (Saudi Electricity Company), and Civil Defense.
