  Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for all Direct Sales units aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across the department.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business initiatives.

  Departmental Oversight and Performance Management

  • Supervise and guide the Heads of SME Accounts, Key Accounts, and AV Sales Consultations Team Lead.
  • Establish performance metrics, targets, and incentive structures for the sales teams.
  • Review pipeline reports and ensure accurate forecasting and consistent pipeline development.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Pre-Sales teams.

  High-Value Sales Execution

  • Personally manage high-value or strategic accounts to meet assigned personal sales targets.
  • Engage in high-stakes negotiations, contract closings, and client relationship development.
  • Represent the company in executive-level discussions with partners and clients.

  Team Development and Culture Building

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for sales leaders and teams.
  • Foster a performance-driven, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
  • Provide mentorship and training to elevate sales capabilities across all levels.
