  Responsibilities:

  • Supervise after-sales service operations for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) such as kettles, irons, blenders, and vacuum cleaners.
  • Manage a team of service technicians to ensure timely repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Monitor warranty claims, spare parts usage, and turnaround time (TAT) metrics to optimize service efficiency.
  • Handle service complaints in coordination with customers and retail teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and spare parts availability.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for technical staff on new SDA models and troubleshooting methods.
  • Implement quality control measures and maintain comprehensive documentation for all service-related activities.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably within the home appliances (SDA) sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SDA functionality, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing service teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with service management software, spare parts logistics, and warranty claim systems.
  • Proficient in English.
