  Job Summary:
  A leading retail company in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record in financial planning and performance evaluation within dynamic, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Must hold a valid and transferable work permit in Saudi Arabia.
