Proven experience as an Inventory and WarehouseSupervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, warehouse operations, and supply chain principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Monitor inventory levels, track consumption patterns, and forecast demand to optimize stock replenishment.
Coordinate with various departments to gather inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.
2. Warehouse Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing (physical & digital), and dispatching goods.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization, minimize handling time, and ensure accurate inventory management.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
3. Supplier Management:
Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods from suppliers.
Verify incoming shipments, inspect quality, and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
