SAP Master Data & Asset Integrity Manager
Job Summary:
The SAP Master Data & Asset Integrity Manager will establish and lead the Group’s
Master Data Shared Services function, ensuring data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all entities. This role will also drive policies, processes, and systems that enable effective management of master data and asset integrity across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Group’sMaster Data Shared Servicesfunction.
- Develop and implementdata governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
- Define, monitor, and enforceSLAs for subsidiaries(e.g., vendor/customer setup turnaround time, master data updates, error resolution).
- Ensureaccuracy, completeness, and consistencyacross all master data domains, including: (Vendor and Customer Data,Price Lists,Inventory Master Data, Fixed Assets Master Data,General Ledger and Cost Center Data,Other Group-wide master data
- Collaborate closely withFinance, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT teamsacross subsidiaries.
- Oversee the setup and optimization oftools and systemsfor data management and monitoring.
- Build, mentor, and lead ahigh-performing teamto scale the master data function.
Qualifications & Experience (Ideal Candidate):
- Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science(Master’s degree or professional certification in Data Management/ERP is a plus).
- Proven experience inMaster Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Shared Services, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-entity organizations.
- Strong knowledge ofERP systems(SAP Business One experience highly preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of defining and managingSLAs and KPIsfor service delivery.
- Experience inbuilding processes from the ground upand driving organizational change.
- Strongleadership, communication, and problem-solvingskills.
- Ability to thrive in aremote and cross-geographical setup.
