  Key Requirements:
  ✅ Proven track record in business analysis & digital banking products (onboarding, cards, deposits, loans, open banking, customer engagement, etc.)
  ✅ Strong experience in project management (PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications preferred)
  ✅ Ability to lead and mentor teams, drive digital transformation, and enhance operational efficiency
  ✅ Deep understanding of ERP systems, APIs, BI tools, and technology integration
  ✅ 15+ years of progressive experience in banking, fintech, or IT development 📍 Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia
