  • Description:
    Responsibilities:
    - Oversee daily operations across multiple dark stores, covering inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics.
    - Ensure high levels of operational efficiency, order accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
    - Lead and manage ground-level teams, including Ground Operations Managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
    - Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and food handling standards in line with ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements.
    - Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs focused on productivity, accuracy, and workforce efficiency.
    - Drive continuous improvement strategies to enhance workflows, minimize errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
    - Manage operational incidents including disruptions, equipment breakdowns, and safety events.
    - Coordinate closely with stock control, facility management, and logistics teams to maintain seamless operations.
    - Train, coach, and support development of ground operations personnel.
    - Oversee the allocation of operational resources, tools, and equipment.
    - Approve corrective measures for operational challenges and issues.
    - Recommend investments in equipment and technology to boost efficiency.
    - Handle escalations and resolve critical operational problems. Requirements:
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
    - Strong technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory control, and cold chain operations.
    - Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
    - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
    - Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
