  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large scale orgnaization
  • Experience working in organizations with 200+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive cultural change and manage HR projects effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Partner with senior management to support business goals and workforce planning.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in line with industry standards.
