  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection in line with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Review and validate mechanical drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with specifications and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring that mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings and safety standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement activities, including the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), evaluation of vendor offers, and material approvals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide timely engineering solutions.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in MEP contracting, specifically in mechanical system design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Building Information Management (BIM) tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical codes, regulations, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
  • Ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage site challenges independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site with flexibility for project-based travel if required.
