  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low current systems.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
  • Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams to ensure integrated MEP system implementation.
  • Supervise site execution of electrical works, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project schedules.
  • Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for client and consultant approval.
  • Participate in the procurement process by evaluating supplier quotations and preparing material submittals.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities to ensure electrical systems are functioning as per specifications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues on-site and proposing effective solutions.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–8 years of experience in MEP contracting, preferably in large-scale commercial or residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office; knowledge of Building Information Management (BIM) tools is a plus.
  • Experience in preparing BOQs, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to work on project sites and handle technical responsibilities independently.
