    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a Syrian/Lebanese or Levantine kitchen.
    • Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and modern presentation styles.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the culinary team.
    • Prepare, cook, and present authentic Syrian and Lebanese dishes to the highest quality standards.
    • Contribute to menu development and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
    • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
    • Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and control food costs.
