    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP specializing in Persian or Middle Eastern cuisine.-(Iranian)
    • Deep knowledge of Persian cooking techniques, spices, and presentation.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in fine dining or large-scale restaurant operations.
    • Knowledge of cost control, portion management, and menu engineering.
    • Creativity in developing new Persian dishes while preserving authenticity.
