  Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-making role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and coffee beans.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.

  Preferred Experience

  • Experience in cafés, coffee shops, or high-volume restaurants.
  • Knowledge of latte art, specialty drinks, and seasonal beverages.
  • Ability to train junior staff or new baristas.
