  • Description:
    • Responsibilities:
    • Promote and represent bus solutions to fleet operators, dealers, government bodies, and transport companies.
    • Deliver engaging technical presentations and live demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
    • Collaborate with technical, product, and after-sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
    • Track market trends, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
    • Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and contract documents that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
    • Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and client meetings to expand market presence.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Coordinate custom product requests with engineering and production teams.
    • Oversee delivery scheduling, customer onboarding, and post-sale satisfaction activities.
    • Train and support client teams after the sale to ensure long-term success and retention.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales; bus/heavy-duty vehicle experience is a strong plus.
    • Solid understanding of vehicle systems; experience with electric and alternative-fuel technologies is highly valued.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
    • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
    • Fluent in English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
