  • Description:
    • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage departmental plans, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with organizational strategies.
    • Lead procurement operations to ensure cost-effective purchasing, supplier compliance, and timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Oversee logistics and fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, GPS tracking, and coordination with construction for equipment deployment.
    • Supervise storekeeping and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure accurate tracking through audits and SOPs.
    • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and supplier issues.
    • Utilize digital tools (e.g., Odoo, MS365, SharePoint) to enhance procurement, logistics, and reporting efficiency.
    • Manage and mentor supply chain teams, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate staff training and development with HR.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments like HR, Finance, and Construction to align supply chain functions with overall project goals.
    • Prepare and present regular performance and activity reports to senior management.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations Management.
    • 7–10 years of relevant experience with a proven record of improving supply chain processes.
    • Demonstrated experience managing procurement, logistics, storekeeping, and fleet operations.
    • Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and vehicle management in construction or operations environments.
    • Proficiency in supply chain technologies such as Odoo, GPS tracking systems, and SharePoint.
    • High-level skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
    • Fluent in English with excellent written and presentation skills.
