  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate production processes in line with budgets, schedules, and sustainability goals.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and regulatory-compliant processes.
  • Oversee manpower, equipment, and material resources to optimize efficiency and ensure proper documentation.
  • Utilize big data and analytics to improve planning and forecast yield improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality assurance issues, including low yield and hardware problems during mass production.
  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and regularly assess production performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality, and safety standards.
  • Manage production budgets, financial planning, and supplier negotiations.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments and senior management to align operations.
  • Oversee inventory levels, maintenance strategies, and regular audits, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and new technology implementation.
  • Lead research and development initiatives, including follow-up on New Product Development (NPD).
  • Implement and monitor environmental and sustainability policies.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Nutrition and Food Processing.
  • 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership, management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and adaptability abilities.
  • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with strong time management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis.
