  Overview:
  We are seeking a qualified Financial Controller to join our team in Al Khobar. The role will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning process, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. The Financial Controller will play a key role in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses, as well as ensuring the integrity of accounting outcomes across the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Supervise accounting activities and ensure compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory standards.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making through financial insights and reports.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial control, accounting, or audit roles.
  • Holder of CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is an asset.
  • Fluent in Arabic with a strong command of English.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting systems, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with attention to detail.
