  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, developers, and government bodies.
  • Assess project requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with product standards and specifications.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and delivery conditions to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and monitor project pipelines to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and elevate client service standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial) or in Business/Commerce, with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in sales within cement, steel, ready-mix, or other construction materials sectors.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of building materials and relevant compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant professional certifications are considered advantageous.
