  • Description:
    Must be proficient in:
    • All social media platforms - Including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, twitter, snapchat, TikTok.
    • Social media management platforms - Including but not limited to: Agora, Hootsuite, Sprout.
    • Listening tools - Including but not limited to Lucidya, Sprinkler, Brand Watch
    • Digital reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Smerush, Moz, Google Search console, hotjar.
    • Microsoft office programs and tools.
    • Team management software - Including but not limited to Asana, Monday, Wrike
    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    • Manage, create, and lead on the development and implementation of Department budget Including but not limited to creation of annual budget, Managing, and tracking the department spending and reporting monthly and yearly to management and the finance department.
    • All department procurement and admin related tasks.
    • Quality assurance of brand standards and guidelines across all marketing channels.
    • Complete adherence to all Internal policies and external regulatory authorities’ policies.
    • Tracking all department assets, both software and hardware.
    • All department software and tools Including all marketing online paid and organic channels.
    • Marketing strategy, brand strategy, and all advertisements and campaigns.
    • Maintaining and fostering a positive relationship with
    • All commercial partners to ensure partnership growth and lead generation in alignment with business objectives.
    • Department vendors to ensure quality service is delivered to achieve department goals in alignment with business objectives.
    • Analyze and create reports to be presented to senior management on lead generation, department financial, channels performance, campaign performance, brand sentiment, social media performance on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly - including but not limited to compliance, risk, senior management, and board reports.
    • Management of the website content to ensure Its reflective of department goals and Its adherence to internal policies, and external regulatory regulations.
    • The creation of promotional offers to achieve business goals - including the creation of process, terms, and conditions, and all related campaigns.
    • Implementation of innovative measures to achieve enhancements on all marketing channels and team performance.
    • Lead and support on large-scale marketing projects - Including but not limited to launching new channels, brand/product revamps, brand creation.
    • All marketing channels, campaigns, concepts, calendars in alignment with business objectives through:
    • Content creation specific to each channel, such as: social media, paid media, direct marketing, Influencers, OOH advertisements and print and in line with the intended target audience to achieve lead generation and business growth.
    • Conceptualization of campaigns.
    • Creative briefs to Internal and external stakeholders.
    • Writing, translation, proofreading, and editing of all creative content for all channels
