  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead all supply chain functions, including procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and fleet management.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and distribution of building materials across various projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements in supply chain performance, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with production, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the building materials sector.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, sourcing, and fleet management.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
