  • Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects, ensuring completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to achieve seamless project integration
  • Review design documents, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy and constructability
  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, and progress reporting, providing timely updates to senior management and clients
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and resource allocation to optimize project performance and efficiency
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to project requirements
  • Facilitate coordination with consultants, clients, and local authorities for design approvals, inspections, and handover procedures
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the MEP contracting sector
  • Demonstrated success managing medium to large-scale MEP projects in commercial, residential, or industrial developments
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project and familiar with AutoCAD and BIM platforms
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and local regulatory requirements
