  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities across multiple MEP projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards
  • Plan and oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and site execution to achieve timely delivery within budget constraints
  • Review electrical drawings, load schedules, and material submittals to identify technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions
  • Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and civil teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems across project interfaces
  • Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of LV, MV, ELV, and lighting systems in alignment with project specifications and regulations
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, procurement schedules, and material deliveries to maintain project progress and quality benchmarks
  • Mentor electrical engineers and supervisors, promoting high standards of workmanship, safety, and technical excellence
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction management within the MEP contracting industry
  • Proven expertise in execution and supervision of LV, MV, and ELV systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to MEP projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera and familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM systems
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage large on-site teams and subcontractors
  • Deep understanding of safety management, quality assurance processes, and commissioning protocols in electrical construction
