Job Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of a manufacturing company based in Doha, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a very good command of English, experienced in managing full financial cycles, and capable of leading a finance team within a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure accurate cost accounting and inventory valuation aligned with manufacturing standards.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiency.
Oversee audits, taxation, and statutory compliance with local laws and regulations.
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to support business growth.
