  • Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate logistics operations including material handling, warehousing, transportation, and delivery to project sites
  • Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for MEP projects
  • Collaborate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers to align material delivery schedules with project timelines
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize storage utilization across warehouses and project locations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations related to transport and material handling
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with logistics vendors, freight forwarders, and transport service providers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within an MEP contracting or construction company
  • Strong understanding of material flow, warehousing, and site delivery coordination for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects
  • Proficiency in logistics planning, inventory control, and basic ERP or inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration with project and procurement teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight project deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and efficiency
