    • Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and bonded/landed warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with customs and tax-exemption regulations.
    • Evaluate and optimize SKD/CKD/CBU models and import scenarios to minimize total landed cost and improve fulfillment speed.
    • Oversee assembly plant operations and free-zone activities (e.g., Aqaba), aligning production, quality, and regulatory requirements with commercial goals.
    • Build and manage a high-performing team; establish KPIs for on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve, with continuous improvement plans.
    • Negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, and insurance partners to secure service-level agreements, mitigate risk, and diversify supply.
    • Conduct feasibility and scenario analyses for new markets, product introductions, and capacity expansions, including customs duty and trade agreement impacts.
    • Drive digital enablement (ERP/MRP, advanced analytics) to enhance visibility, demand planning, and S&OP, and lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, Sales, Maintenance, and Warehousing.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; CSCP or similar certification preferred; strong English proficiency.
    • 8–15 years of progressive supply chain leadership across sourcing, logistics, customs, and warehouse management; experience with bonded facilities and free-zone operations.
    • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and exemptions in Jordan and neighboring markets; proven ability to track regulatory updates and translate into cost-saving actions.
    • Demonstrated success evaluating SKD/CKD/CBU strategies, running feasibility studies, and managing large-scale, cross-border supply chain programs.
    • Proficient in ERP/MRP and advanced Excel/analytics; capable of establishing data-driven KPIs and S&OP processes.
    • Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills; track record of risk assessment and mitigation.
    • Strategic planner with solid problem-solving, prioritization, and report-writing skills; able to lead teams and mentor talent.
