  • Description:
    EXPERIENCE:
    •  Not less than 5 years’ experience in communication or related function at a corporate organization
    •  Experience in publications and the organization of events, seminars and conventions
    •  Experience in PR agency is preferable.
    Main Responsibilities:
    Internal Communication:/ Safety and other Company Internal Priorities:  Support the implementation of the various internal communication plans according
    to the company priorities. Translate documents as necessary, apply design and
    distribute safety and sustainability communications by reviewing the necessary
    tools.
     Participate in Group activities and events related to Communication function and
    ensure the proper implementation of Group requirements related to
    Communication as applicable.
     Ensure the proper coordination and alignment of events and activities.
     Effectively support the execution of the different events, such as Safety Month and
    Products awareness sessions ...etc.
     Develop and communicate all internal publications/announcements, while
    proposing the appropriate editorial architecture as well as alignment of production
    (Print/ Intranet/Display/Screens) with the Group's guidelines. Draft the internal
    communication support materials (memos, letters, presentations, videos, etc.) upon
    request.
    Events:
     Organize and control all internal and external events organized by the department.
    Ensure that event expenses are in accordance with the assigned budget.
     Coordinate & follow up on Printed Publications, Photo Library, and Digital
    Communication (Website, Intranet, LinkedIN, Facebook ...etc). Regularly update
    information and news.
     Support in prepare, develop, and edit all company written materials, ensuring
    consistency and efficiency of contents and image as well as ensure respect and
    deployment of branding rules and positioning.
     Support the production of the below publications by compiling the necessary
    information, choosing photos and editing the content:
     Annual Report
     Corporate brochures
     Different publications needed for other departments' projects like HR,
    Marketing, or others
     Company giveaways such as calendars and agendas
     National and religious occasions greetings and celebrations
     Support and be part of the development of the company’s digital communication
    website and Intranet page.
     Liaise between the department and the design agencies to ensure execution of
    publications according to requirements/agreements.
