  • Responsibilities
  • Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing daily plant operations, production schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient manufacturing performance.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards across all production and maintenance functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to machine uptime, productivity, and yield, implementing actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor production, maintenance, and utility teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering departments to ensure seamless production flow and timely delivery of products.
  • Drive process optimization projects aimed at cost reduction, waste minimization, and equipment reliability enhancement.
  • Analyze production data, prepare performance reports, and recommend corrective measures to address deviations from set targets.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in beverage, juice, or water manufacturing operations, with proven supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
  • In-depth understanding of beverage production systems, utilities management, and plant machinery operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage performance, and implement operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
