  • Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for mechanical, HVAC, and MEP systems to ensure full compliance with project specifications and industry standards
  • Develop, review, and implement commissioning plans, test procedures, and performance verification protocols for complex building systems
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and quality teams to identify and resolve technical issues during installation and pre-commissioning phases
  • Supervise site inspections, system integration testing, and functional performance evaluations to ensure optimal operation and reliability
  • Manage documentation of commissioning results, test reports, and system handover packages in alignment with project requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and subcontractors involved in mechanical and MEP commissioning
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and quality parameters
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8–15 years of experience in testing and commissioning of mechanical, HVAC, or MEP systems in large-scale infrastructure or building projects
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system design, control logic, balancing, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings, equipment specifications, and commissioning schedules
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and ensure adherence to technical and safety requirements
