• Description:
  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans and brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  2. Coordinate product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities in line with brand objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities and track competitor performance.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing programs with business targets and seasonal demand.
  5. Manage relationships with media, agencies, and suppliers to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
  6. Monitor marketing budgets and ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
  7. Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and achievements.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in the beverage, juice, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and promotional strategy.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is required
  • Previous Kuwait experience preferred but not essential.
