  Key Duties Responsibilities: As a Product design lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fintech products. You will be responsible for leading the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design: Creating visually appealing and engaging user interfaces, designing intuitive interactions, and developing effective data visualizations.
  • Research: Conducting user research to understand target audiences and their needs and utilizing insights to inform design decisions.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, UXCam, and survey management platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a cross-functional design team.
  • Fintech Expertise: Understanding fintech concepts, trends, and regulations.
  • UX Fundamentals: Demonstrate a strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Design Systems: Create and maintain cohesive design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Animations and Illustrations: Utilize animations and illustrations to enhance user engagement and visual appeal.
  • UX Research: Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and NPS/CSAT measurements, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Solve customer problems by designing intuitive and effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a cross-functional design team, providing guidance and support.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or mobile payments industry.
