Key Duties Responsibilities:
As a Product design lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fintech products. You will be responsible for leading the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Design:
Creating visually appealing and engaging user interfaces, designing intuitive interactions, and developing effective data visualizations.
Research:
Conducting user research to understand target audiences and their needs and utilizing insights to inform design decisions.
Tools and Technology:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, UXCam, and survey management platforms.
Team Leadership:
Managing and mentoring a cross-functional design team.
Fintech Expertise:
Understanding fintech concepts, trends, and regulations.
UX Fundamentals:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
Design Systems:
Create and maintain cohesive design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
Animations and Illustrations:
Utilize animations and illustrations to enhance user engagement and visual appeal.
UX Research:
Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and NPS/CSAT measurements, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Problem Solving:
Solve customer problems by designing intuitive and effective solutions.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a cross-functional design team, providing guidance and support.
Additional Experience:
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or mobile payments industry.
Strong understanding of fintech concepts and trends.
Experience designing financial products or services.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
A passion for creating innovative and impactful financial solutions.
Experience leading and managing design teams. Proficiency in product management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and Jira for managing product development workflows.
Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the financial
