  • Responsibilities
  • Provide executive oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects, including factories, process plants, and infrastructure within industrial zones and cities
  • Direct multidisciplinary teams encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
  • Oversee design coordination, site development, utilities, and integration of heavy equipment and industrial systems to ensure full operational readiness
  • Implement project governance frameworks covering risk management, quality assurance, change control, and stakeholder reporting at both corporate and site levels
  • Manage major contractors and EPC/EPCM partners, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, HSE standards, and local industrial regulations
  • Drive performance through value engineering, lean construction methods, and digital project management tools (Primavera P6, BIM, Power BI dashboards)
  • Lead interface management with government authorities, utility providers, and industrial zone administrations for permitting, compliance, and infrastructure connectivity
  • Mentor senior project managers and construction leads, developing leadership capability and enforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Management; Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, CCM, CM-Lean) preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in industrial construction or project delivery, with proven leadership on complex, multi-site industrial zone or industrial city projects
  • Deep understanding of industrial facilities construction including structural steel erection, MEP systems, utilities, and process infrastructure
  • Expertise in managing EPC/EPCM contracts, cost control, schedule management, and large-capex project execution from design through commissioning
  • Strong command of HSE management systems, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in heavy industrial environments
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM 360, and digital construction reporting systems
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging developers, government bodies, and international contractors
  • Track record of delivering industrial projects exceeding USD 100M in value, demonstrating strategic foresight and operational excellence
