  • Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with dairy industry regulations and international food safety standards.
  • Oversee all quality control processes across production, packaging, and storage to guarantee product consistency, safety, and traceability.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections to maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other relevant certifications.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, drive corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor QA teams to build technical competence and promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
  • Review and approve product specifications, labeling, and documentation to ensure regulatory and brand compliance.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance within the dairy or broader food manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other international food safety and quality systems.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional quality initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare and present reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
