  Key Duties Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain clear product documentation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product changes on business goals.
  • User story creation and backlog prioritization for new features and enhancements related to onboarding, account management, money transfer, account reconciliation, and operational portals.
  • Support daily production issues related to the functionalities, identify solutions, and work with engineering teams for implementation.
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps aimed at improving user experience, increasing activation rates, and reducing drop-out rates.
  • Own the product roadmap for personal finance within the platform, focusing on ease of use, speed, and security.
  • Manage the product roadmap for account reconciliation and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partners with compliance and risk management teams ensure all functionalities adhere to regulations.

    Additional Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Owner (business analysis), FinTech, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance (a plus).
