  Role Summary The Chief Accountant will lead the accounting operations of a fast-growing entertainment group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support management decisions. Key Tasks Supervise the daily accounting activities and month-end closing across all entities using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and management reports in line with local regulations and IFRS. Ensure timely recording of revenues, expenses, and accruals to maintain accurate books of accounts. Monitor cash flows, bank reconciliations, and payables/receivables control. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness and compliance with tax and ZATCA requirements. Lead and mentor junior accountants, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to internal controls. Support management with financial analysis, budget monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
