  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of sprints.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
  • Track sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing work based on business value.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum values and Agile principles.
  • Prepare reports and metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint outcomes for management review.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
