  Role Summary:

  The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations of a fast-growing retail company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting growth across branches in the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in retail finance, strong leadership capabilities, and robust knowledge of the Saudi market.

  1. Develop and execute financial strategy to support business expansion and profitability.
  2. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization.
  3. Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial standards (IFRS).
  4. Supervise treasury functions including cash flow, banking relationships, and funding.
  5. Lead ERP utilization and financial system integration for efficiency and transparency.
  6. Coordinate with auditors, legal, and regulatory bodies to ensure financial integrity.
