  Key Responsibilities (Top 7 Tasks):

  1. Lead and implement group-wide financial strategy, aligned with operational and investment goals.
  2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  3. Supervise ERP-based financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
  4. Manage treasury, banking relationships, and funding strategies to support industrial operations.
  5. Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, ensuring financial transparency.
  6. Play a key role in IPO readiness, investor relations, and capital market preparation.
  7. Provide strategic financial leadership to the CEO and board, guiding growth and risk mitigation.
