  Job Summary:
  A new branch (Green Field Company )of a leading regional manufacturing pharmaceutical group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Director. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in pharma (Generics)distribution within the KSA market, prior leadership experience in sales (Manager or Director level), and in-depth knowledge of SDFA laws and updates. The candidate will lead commercial strategy and operations while overseeing the full business function.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to expand market share and drive revenue.
  2. Lead sales and business development teams, ensuring targets are met and partnerships strengthened.
  3. Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to SDFA laws and updates.
  4. Manage supplier and key customer relationships to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
  5. Support financial planning and budgeting in collaboration with senior leadership.
  6. Provide executive oversight on operations, logistics, and supply chain activities.
  7. Serve as Acting GM, reporting to the Board and aligning all departments with company vision.
