Overview:
An international company in the beverage manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced
Deputy Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting function in Kuwait. The role will report
directly to the Finance Manager and play a strategic role in driving financial performance,
maintaining strong controls, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the finance and accounting team, overseeing daily operations, financial reporting,
and compliance.
● Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and management reports for business
decision-making.
● Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies, maintaining strong internal
controls.
● Oversee costing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting for beverage
production.
● Manage ERP + (Preferred SAP) system utilization and ensure data accuracy and
process efficiency.
● Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and presentations to
management.
● Liaise with auditors, banks, and regional finance teams as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional
certification preferred).
● Proven experience as an accounting manager or Chief accountant or deputy FMin beverage, juice, or water manufacturing
industries.
● Strong technical knowledge in costing, controls, and ERP systems.
● Up-to-date understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
● Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
● Bilingual ( Arabic &; English), Fluency in English is mandatory.
