  • Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all quality control activities across food manufacturing operations to ensure products meet internal and external quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control procedures, testing methods, and inspection processes.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and product evaluations to identify deviations and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement preventive measures to sustain consistent product quality.
  • Mentor and train quality control staff, promoting best practices in food safety, testing protocols, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage supplier quality evaluations and work with vendors to enhance material and process compliance.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Food Science, Quality Assurance,or a related field.
  • 8–15 years of progressive experience in quality control or quality assurance within food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, process control, and root cause investigation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement sustainable quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
