Overview:
A leading Marketing and Media Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead its internal audit function and ensure strong governance, internal controls, and operational compliance across multiple business units. The ideal candidate must be Arabic speaking, hold 10+ years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and capable of supervising a team of 6 auditors. Candidates currently in KSA are preferred; candidates outside the Kingdom will only be considered if they have recent experience in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities (Top 7 Tasks):
Lead the internal audit planning and execution across all group entities in alignment with the annual audit plan.
Manage and develop a team of internal auditors, providing guidance, performance oversight, and technical support.
Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks, and recommend improvements.
Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the Audit Committee, including findings and corrective actions.
Ensure follow-up on audit recommendations to verify implementation and track remediation progress.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to support audit readiness and compliance.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
