Overview:
A leading ceramic trading company based in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in ceramic trading within Saudi Arabia. Arabic fluency is mandatory. Candidates already in KSA are preferred; those outside the Kingdom may apply only if they have recent (≤3 years) KSA experience.
Key Responsibilities (Top 7 Tasks):
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets in the ceramic trading market.
Manage key client relationships and expand the company’s dealer and contractor network across Saudi Arabia.
Oversee and guide the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring execution excellence.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and project deals in coordination with the CEO.
Collaborate with the supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional alignment.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management review.
