  Role Overview

  We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for an aviation project in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project delivery, solution implementation, and stakeholder coordination within technical environments. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT solution implementation projects.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and track project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within scope and budget.
  • Conduct regular progress updates with clients and management teams.
  • Oversee documentation, requirements gathering, and quality assurance processes.
  • Resolve project issues, roadblocks, and escalations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation standards and best practices where applicable.

  Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Strong background in solution implementation, ICT projects, or application/ERP deployment.
  • Experience working in the aviation or transportation sector is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills (PMP/Prince2 is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Arabic speaking is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer/contractor.

  • Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
