  • Description:
    • Responsibilities:
    • Lead and execute production strategies for all cement-based products including concrete blocks, interlocking pavers, and kerbstones.
    • Oversee daily factory operations, including production planning and scheduling.
    • Ensure product quality meets Saudi and regulatory specifications through robust quality control practices.
    • Improve production processes to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
    • Supervise Factory Managers to ensure smooth and efficient operational performance.
    • Monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and report findings to senior management.
    • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
    • Manage production budgets and control operational expenditures.
    • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Sales departments to align production with market and customer requirements.
    • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and operational risk controls.
    • Support product development initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in cement, precast, or concrete product manufacturing.
    • Proven leadership in managing multi-site operations and automated production lines.
    • Expertise in batching and curing technologies as well as large-scale manufacturing processes.
    • Demonstrated success in improving productivity, reducing operating costs, and strengthening quality systems.
    • Deep understanding of GCC industrial and regulatory standards.
    • Strong skills in industrial leadership, advanced production planning, quality governance, and process optimization.
    • Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) compliance and risk management.
    • Proficient in KPI-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Personal traits include being disciplined, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.
    • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and capable of balancing strategic planning with daily operations.
    • Motivated by manufacturing excellence, efficiency, quality, and safety.
    • Strong commitment to teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational sustainability.
