  Overview:
  A leading ceramic trading company headquartered in Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing operations remotely from Cairo. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking, with at least 7 years of experience in marketing and strong expertise in social media management, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and content planning. This role requires a creative, analytical, and hands-on professional capable of driving brand visibility and supporting business growth in the Saudi market. Candidates must be currently based inside Egypt and able to join within 30 days.

  Key Responsibilities (Top 7 Tasks):

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand presence and support company objectives.
  2. Fully manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  3. Prepare detailed monthly marketing plans, including content calendars, stories, and advertising activities.
  4. Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns and coordinate collaborations with influencers or partner accounts.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum ROI.
  6. Supervise the creation of all advertising materials, including graphic designs, video content, and photoshoots as needed.
  7. Prepare and submit monthly reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and sales impact to senior management.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of advertising strategy, social media trends, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with designers, agencies, and content creators.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency preferred.
  • Highly organized, creative, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Must be based inside Egypt and have previous experience in the Saudi Market
  • Ability to join within 30 days is preferred.
