Description:
1. Cybersecurity Governance & Strategy
•Develop and implement the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, vision, and roadmap.
•Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
•Align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
•Compliance and auditing (ISO27001 , NCA , CST , Aramco CCC , etc..)
2. Risk Management
•Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across the organization.
•Advise leadership on emerging threats and provide recommendations to strengthen cyber resilience.
•Ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
3. Security Operations & Monitoring
•Oversee daily security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
•Manage the security of information systems, networks, and critical infrastructure.
•Coordinate cybersecurity investigations and ensure timely mitigation of security incidents.
4. Team Leadership & Development
•Lead and supervise the cybersecurity team or unit.
•Allocate resources, set performance goals, and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
•Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
5. Technology & Systems Security
•Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
•Ensure secure configuration and ongoing monitoring of IT systems and applications. •Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate cybersecurity measures into system design and organizational processes.
6. Reporting & Communication
•Prepare regular reports on cybersecurity posture, incidents, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
•Communicate cybersecurity policies, priorities, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor or Master degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•CISSP or CISM Professional Certificates
•Infrastructure: Deep understanding of the maintenance and deployment of security systems such as ( SIEM , EDR , IAM , DLP ,etc..)
•5 Years of experience on the Cybersecurity operation .
