Overview:
A leading FMCG food distribution company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced HORECA Food Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations across the HORECA and modern trade sectors. The ideal candidate must be Arabic speaking, have strong connections with hotels, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, and hypermarkets, and possess deep experience in food distribution. The candidate must currently be inside Kuwait and able to join within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the HORECA and modern trade channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafés, and major retail chains.
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve volume, revenue, collection and distribution targets.
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure proper product availability and promotional alignment.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for review with the CEO.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in food distribution, with strong exposure to the HORECA and retail sectors in Kuwait.
Well-established network with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hypermarkets.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Arabic speaking is a must; English proficiency preferred.
Must be currently inside Kuwait.
Ability to join within 30 days is preferred.
