  Qualifications & Experience:
  - Minimum 5 years of experience in fresh poultry sales (primary requirement).
  - Deep knowledge of the Northern Region’s market and customer base.
  - Proven leadership in managing multi-category sales teams.
  - Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic decision-making skills.
  - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Achieve sales targets across all categories: Fresh Poultry, Frozen Poultry, Dairy, Cheese, Chilled/Frozen Foods, and
  others.
  - Analyze category performance and identify expansion opportunities.
  - Ensure full route coverage for fresh poultry (top priority).
  - Ensure compliance with SFDA, municipality, and health regulations.
  - Maintain cold-chain and food safety standards.
